  1.     Most of the craters on Titania are small.  The large craters may have been covered over sometime in the past.  At one time the interior of Titania may have become heated.  The heat melted water in the moon's interior.  The water flowed to the surface.  It filled the large craters, covering them before refreezing.  The new smooth surface was struck by smaller objects much later in the moon's life.
